Hi, it’s Dan Toombs here, law firm marketing specialist from Fast Firms.com and of course dantoombs.net and I know law firms are always looking for ways that they’re able to leverage their content further, particularly via social media and one great way to do this to use Click to Tweet.

Now, if your law firm isn’t familiar with click to tweet let’s take a look at it in action. Let me take you over to Jay Baer’s great website Convince and Convert and into a blog that I’m reading at the moment of Chad White’s. Now, notice throughout the blog Chad has interposed “tweet this” handles, and of course when you click on it, the API fires up your Twitter account and bingo, your tweet is ready for sending!

What I like about it is that if your firm is making an effort with content, then it will invariably be the case that you’ll have a great bunch of tweetable lines that are great fodder for both engaging your social audience, as well as of course, building your community and driving traffic to your website.

Now, Click to Tweet is a free platform, dead easy to use. All you need to do is enter the tweetable text from your blog and click to tweet will then do the rest for you by giving you an embed code that you’ll place within the text of your copy, which will appear like this, waiting for a reader to activate and tweet it out.

Now, if your firm’s website is on a WordPress platform, which in my view just keeps on getting better, then you’ll be pleased to know that there is a click to tweet plugin that is going to make the job of embedding your tweet so much more easier and seamless. Just make sure you install the correct click to tweet plugin as there are a few different varieties that go by the same name.

Be that as it may, click to tweet It’s a really good platform and a nice way of making it easy for your followers to get your content out there for you
